Centria panels, also called Centria metal panels, are the architectural metal wall and roof systems manufactured by Centria, a Nucor company. They fall into two broad families. Insulated metal panels (IMP) such as FORMAWALL® Dimension Series, VERSAWALL®, and VERSAPANEL® bond two metal faces to a foam-insulated core, so a single factory-built component carries the air, water, vapor, and thermal barrier of the wall in one pass. Single-skin, exposed-fastener profiles such as STYLE-RIB, SUPER-RIB, and ECONOLAP, together with the INTERCEPT® rainscreen and the METALWRAP® backup panel, cover rainscreen, accent, roof, and screening applications.

What is the difference between Centria insulated metal panels and rainscreen panels?
Insulated metal panels (IMP) such as FORMAWALL® Dimension Series and VERSAWALL® are a single factory-built component: two metal faces bonded to a foam core that carries the air, water, vapor, and thermal barrier in one panel. Rainscreen and exposed-fastener systems such as INTERCEPT®, STYLE-RIB, and ECONOLAP are single-skin panels that hang over a separate barrier wall or backup panel, often with a drained, back-ventilated air cavity behind them.
