Once the package is set, we procure the Centria materials and manage delivery to the site on schedule. Our project manager takes lead responsibility for the project and coordinates with the general contractor and the installing contractor from release through closeout.
We use real-time, integrated construction-management software, customized for our operations, to track the package so the right panels arrive at the right time in the right sequence. We do not install the panels; we make sure the installing contractor has exactly what the drawings call for, when they need it.
