Multi-Residential

Project Overview
G&L Associates played a key role on the Convent Hill High Rise project in Milwaukee by providing architectural metal wall systems and façade expertise that supported the building’s exterior performance and aesthetic objectives. Working alongside the architect and construction team, G&L coordinated product selection, detailing, and technical integration of metal panel systems to meet the project’s design intent and durability requirements. Their contribution helped ensure that the façade components delivered long‑term performance and cohesive integration with the rest of the building’s exterior envelope solutions.
The Convent Hill High Rise, a mixed‑income residential development featuring approximately 120 units and street‑level retail, was developed to replace an aging senior housing structure and revitalize the site within Milwaukee’s Park East corridor. The project’s design combined sustainable elements with modern materials, creating vibrant urban housing while respecting the neighborhood context. G&L’s involvement supported this vision by delivering custom architectural metal systems that balanced aesthetic appeal with functional resilience in a high‑density residential application.
