Project Overview

The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee is one of the region’s premier entertainment and hospitality destinations, featuring gaming, dining, event spaces, and a 19‑story hotel tower that anchors the city’s skyline. In its most recent major renovation and expansion, the property underwent an extensive multi‑phase transformation of more than 125,000 square feet, including new gaming areas, restaurants, entertainment lounges, upgraded guest amenities, and immersive social spaces designed to elevate the overall visitor experience. The work was delivered while the facility remained fully operational, requiring careful coordination on a fast‑paced schedule to integrate sophisticated interior and exterior improvements that reflect contemporary hospitality design standards.

G&L Associates’ involvement on the Potawatomi Casino project focused on architectural metal systems support and façade coordination as part of the broader renovation scope. Working with the design and construction teams, G&L provided technical guidance to ensure exterior metal components and system interfaces met performance, durability, and aesthetic requirements appropriate for a high‑use entertainment venue. Their contribution helped integrate metal panel solutions and façade details that aligned with the project’s design intent, contributing to a cohesive and resilient exterior expression that supports the facility’s role as a destination hospitality landmark in downtown Milwaukee.
