The Container Store – Mayfair Mall (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin) marks the retailer’s first store in the state of Wisconsin, located on the southeast corner of the Mayfair Mall retail campus. The approximately 23,000‑square‑foot facility was developed as a high‑visibility specialty retail destination featuring The Container Store’s organizing and storage solutions in a prominent suburban market. Designed and constructed within a major regional retail environment, the project included a complete shell building and façade package that supports a compelling brand presence while integrating with surrounding mall architecture.

For this retail project, G&L Associates provided architectural metal systems support and façade coordination, working in collaboration with the design and construction teams to help integrate exterior metal panel solutions and other façade components that met performance, durability, and aesthetic requirements appropriate for a high‑traffic retail environment. Through system selection assistance and technical interface coordination, G&L helped ensure that façade assemblies contributed to a cohesive exterior expression consistent with The Container Store’s brand identity and the larger Mayfair Mall context.
